☕ RETURN & REFUND POLICY (MUG Coffee Co™)

Coffee: Not returnable

🚫 No Takebacks on the Brews

At MUG Coffee Co™, we roast-to-order — meaning your coffee is brewed fresh the moment you hit “Buy.” Because of this (and basic health code stuff), we don’t accept returns or offer refunds on coffee.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or looking like it went through an emotional breakdown in transit, email us at hey@mugcoffeeco.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll do everything we can to make it right — even if that means sending Muggy after your mail carrier (just kidding... probably).

Merch: Returnable within 15 days if unused

☕️ Merch Returns

Merchandise (mugs, shirts, etc.) can be returned within 15 days of delivery if:

• It’s unused

• Still in its original packaging

• You’re not using it to hold regret

To request a return, email us at hey@mugcoffeeco.com with your order number and an explanation of what went wrong.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we messed up.
