Welcome to the caffeine cult. You’ve got questions. We’ve got shaky answers.
☕ 1. Can I return my coffee?
Nope. All our coffee is roasted-to-order, meaning it’s made fresh just for you. Like your worst decisions, it’s non-refundable.
Exceptions? If your bag arrives damaged, incorrect, or looks like it went through an identity crisis in the mail, email us within 7 days at hey@mugcoffeeco.com. We’ll make it right.
👕 2. What about merch returns?
We do accept returns on unused merch (mugs, shirts, etc.) within 15 days of delivery.
Just don’t wear it to a coffee cult meeting and then ask to send it back. Email us at hey@mugcoffeeco.com and we’ll sort it out.
🚚 3. How long does shipping take?
Once you place your order, our beans get roasted and shipped within 1–3 business days.
- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after shipping
- International: Not currently available. (Too unstable to cross borders.)
🔐 4. What’s the deal with these T9 code things?
Every Friday (starting June 27), we drop a new character from the MUG Coffee Co™ universe. Each one starts as a T9-coded name — like an old-school text message puzzle.
🔓 First person to decode it and DM us the name gets a free 12 oz bag of their character’s coffee.
There are 6 initial mugs dropping weekly. After that?
New characters arrive every 1–2 months and for special occasions (full moons, haunted holidays, and anything else mildly unstable).
Stay caffeinated. Stay alert. Stay decoding.
🧠 5. What do I get if I follow the brand?
Early access. Secret drops. Discount codes. Chaos in your feed.
And if you join our email list? You get the T9 code 3 days before the rest of the internet.
